Anti-Gay Rally at the Capitol

Be There and Be a Bigot!

"Let the People Vote in 2006!"
Marriage Rally at State Capitol

Tuesday, March 21st
11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Music starts at 11:00 am

Who decides?

Who decides? In 2004, a handful of state senators decided that the people of Minnesota did not have the right to define marriage - and blocked the marriage amendment. If they block it in 2006, Minnesotans will be silenced until 2008 before they get another chance to vote. This gives same-sex marriage activists two years to redefine marriage in the courts.

Rally at the State Capitol for prayer and tell your senator...

"Let the People Vote in 2006!"

Get involved before its too late.

* Pray for the passage of the marriage amendment in the 2006 legislative session.
* Attend the rally with your entire family.
* Invite friends and neighbors.
* Contact your senator and tell him/her to "Let the People Vote!"
* Click Here to download a rally flyer.
* Click Here to download a rally church bulletin.
* Click Here to organize a bus from your church.
* Click Here to download Questions to "Ask your senator."
* Schedule to meet with your legislators after the rally.

This event is sponsored by Minnesota for Marriage, a coalition of individuals and organizations working together to pass the Minnesota Marriage Amendment."

Maybe we'll see more signs that advocate killing GLBT people!

i really want to go holding signs about the passage in the bible where touching dead pig skin is punishable by death and have a picture of a football with a red circle and cross through it

And I hope all the women who attend leave their houses while they are having their period. The Bible says that is unclean.

I really hope the people of faith rally two days after this one is well attended. It will provide a nice counterpoint in this debate to the "Let the People Vote in 2006!" rally.

Whoa..dude needs some serious spell-checker to go with his bigotry there.

I wonder what would happen if you walked up and asked all the obvious questions: "what about eating shellfish?", "why should I care what your silly book says?" etc. I assume they'd start speaking in tongues. These people are clearly incapable of the most rudimentary reason. This is why I'm advocating for a law requiring Christians to wear arm bands. They're dangerous and this helps us keep track of them, sorta like registered sex offenders.

Is it sick that I sit back and laugh everytime on of these backwards bible thumpers come passing through my town?

It's entertaining seeing them get SO worked up. The only thing that pisses me off is attending funerals. That's just sick, plain and simple, and sad.
