OutFront's GLBT Lobby Day is Thursday
The nation's largest lobby day for LGBT equality is right here in Minnesota every year. On Thursday, OutFront will be hosting thousands of LGBT and allied Minnesotans at the State Capitol for legislative meetings and a Rally for Fairness at noon on the Capitol lawn.
Speakers will include Dan Karslake, filmmaker, "For the Bible Tells Me So"; Kate Kendell, Executive Director, National Center for Lesbian Rights; Iris Bordayo, Political Director, SEIU Local 26; Amy Brugh, Minnesota AIDS Project; Rabbi Jared Saks, Temple Israel; Former OutFront Minnesota Executive Director Ann DeGroot; The Reitan Family and many others.
Make sure to make some (respectful!) signs supporting LGBT equality (I think positive messages are better than negative ones) and make sure to register so OutFront can keep track of things.
Have to work? Can't make it on Thursday? OutFront has you covered:
Lobby Day Eve CelebrationIf you cannot make it to lobby day, please join us the night before for a Lobby Day Eve Celebration. Both Dan Karslake and Kate Kendell will be there!

And your legislators want you there too. Here's a message from some of our most supportive legislators. If you see them at the Capitol, make sure to thank them for doing the right thing.
